TABS Program - Trend Analysis Billing System

American Water & Energy Savers is pleased to announce their new water billing service for retail centers called TABS (Trend Analysis Billing System). While submetering is the best way to go in terms of accurately tracking actual consumption and billing accordingly, we know that capital expenditures are being carefully managed in these challenging economic times. With the TABS (Trend Analysis Billing System) program, American Water reallocates the water/sewer bill based on our extensive database of consumption profiles for tenants across the country. They then reconcile and bill based on those alllocations. This is a great alternative and less costly solution to submetering (although, again, not as accurate) that allows you to remove these costs from CAM and more fairly bill your tenants.
