At a mutually agreed start date, our bonded and insured technicians will install and adjust controls to maximize efficiency throughout your property.

Quick Installation of Quality Products

Installation in every unit is quick and you are assured of consistent equipment quality. Once installed, tamper-resistant devices can only be removed by your own maintenance staff. Designed and built for long-lasting effectiveness, all products installed by American Water and Energy Savers are among the most advanced on the market.

List of Repairs Needed

An additional benefit, our on-site installation team will also compile a "Repairs Needed List" of water leaks and other deficiencies that are detected. This repairs list includes items such as leaks, faulty fill valves and defective shower diverters that raise your water and sewer costs.

Repair Program

For an additional fee of about $5.00 per bathroom, American Water will fix these minor leaks.

5-Year warranty period

Each Product will provide water saving benefits for many years to come, usually well beyond the generous 5-year warranty period.
